REVTECH Announces 2017 Graduate Accelerator Program Participants

REVTECH (Retail Technology Ventures), a retail technology accelerator focused on early-stage innovation, has announced the seven companies that will be participating in its 2017 REVTECH Graduate Program. The theme for this year’s program is “AI, Automation, and Analytics — Vital Tools for Retailers in the Age of Amazon.”

The REVTECH Graduate Program consists of a three-day market acceleration program and the opportunity to pitch at REVTECH’s “Tech Trends in Retail” event April 6 at the Addison Conference Center in Addison, Texas. The program provides recent accelerator or incubator graduates the opportunity to take part in a variety of networking events and learning opportunities.

The seven innovators selected are:

  • Accel Robotics, which creates robots designed to enhance the human experience;

  • Arcade, an end-to-end SaaS solution for measuring and increasing retail employee engagement and retention;

  • Banter, which enables customers to contact businesses over direct messaging channels using both AI and human agents;

  • Birdzi, a platform for personalized customer engagement designed to enable retailers and brands to deliver targeted, relevant, location-aware offers;

  • Fract, designed to help retailers predict the likelihood that a prospective location will result in disaster or probable success;

  • Kwik, an end-to-end IoT platform connecting retailers, brands and service providers to their customers; and

  • SupplyAI, an AI-powered platform designed to help omnichannel retailers detect and prevent returns.

Each company has completed a top-tier accelerator program such as Alchemist, Plug and Play, XRC Labs and REVTECH’s own accelerator program.

REVTECH’s 14-week Accelerator Program provides startups with seed funding, access to more than100 experienced mentors with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, venture capital and entrepreneurship, and office space at the Dallas Entrepreneur Center. The program culminates with the opportunity to pitch at its Fall Tech Trends event.
