Australian retailer Peter Sheppard Footwear is gearing up its omnichannel capabilities by deploying the Mi9 Retail suite.
The retailer seeks to gain a single view of its customers across channels with the solution, using Mi9 Retail for merchandise management, store operations, customer engagement, e-Commerce and enterprise analytics.
Peter Sheppard began evaluating retail technology solutions when it found that its legacy system could no longer provide relevant, timely access to information that executive management needed to run the business properly.

“We were ready to make significant investments in advertising to fuel the growth of the company, but we didn’t have the necessary business intelligence to guide our spend,” said Chris Sheppard, CEO of Peter Sheppard Footwear in a statement. “Our disconnected systems were limiting our ability to define and execute our growth strategies. We had great ideas but other retailers were outpacing us on campaign execution so we had to make some changes.”
