Dobell Optimizes Customer Acquisition With Referral Marketing Solution

Dobell, a UK-based menswear retailer and designer, has implemented a customer acquisition platform from Mention Me to power its new referral marketing program. The referral campaign is part of Dobell’s wider marketing strategy that has helped the brand grow from £2 million to £12 million in three years.

Referral marketing is not new for Dobell, which reports that it has received 20,000 independent five-star customer reviews. The Mention Me solution will allow customers to share and track their positive brand experiences.

Using the company’s “refer-a-friend” SaaS technology, Dobell will be able to can track the success of customers’ referral activity and use that data to continually improve their strategy.
